Annual Cost Savings in Procurements by Calendar Year 2024-25

 Turnaround Time for Purchase Orders:


100% of purchase orders were completed on the same day as requested in the months of October, November and December 2025 (based on an average calculation).

 

Banking and Accounting:
 

  • Banking: 95% on time cashflow analysis
  • Accounting: 100% check runs without delays caused internally
  • 100% on-time check runs from June 2025 through February 2026
