The memo is provided by the staff of the Local Government Commission (LGC) to assist units of local government and public authorities in the preparation of their FY 2025 audited financial statements. The memo includes a link to the Local Governmental Employees’ Retirement System (LGERS) Employer Contribution Rates Effective July 1, 2024, and lists employer contribution rates for the Teachers’ and State Employees’ Retirement System (TSERS) as well as information related to the North Carolina Capital Management Trust (NCCMT) Government Portfolio and the Ancillary Government Participant Investment Program (AGPIP) OPEB Investment Fund.
