The LGC-205 Standard Audit Contract Form for FY 2026 is now available on the Submitting Your Audit Contract & Audit Report page of the Department of State Treasurer website.
This updated contract form should be used for all FY 2026 audits. Additional information, including a summary of changes and step-by-step instructions for completing and submitting the FY 2026 contract form, will be provided in the coming days.
